What is the PTO?
The BEEP Parent-Teacher Organization is made up of parents and teachers. Our mission is to enhance the school experience for students, educators, and families by 1) promoting connections between home and school 2) funding, supporting, and hosting school and community activities. This is a free membership group and all parents and caregivers are automatically members of the PTO. We strongly encourage you to participate!
2026-2027 LEADERSHIP
HOW THE PTO HELPS:
The PTO is the primary source of fundraising for BEEP! Our Annual fundraising goal is $12,000 to go towards the many initiatives and community programs that we can. Donations made to the BEEP PTO are allocated to a wide variety of school community programs, enrichment activities, and school improvements including but not limited to:
School and Teaching Initiatives:
BEEP PTO hosts the Annual Online Auction in December which secures the majority of fundraising for the year. This auction is made possible by the incredible community of businesses and families of Brookline. More information to come!
Community Connections and Activities:
The BEEP PTO tax identification number is 54-2083602.
Support BEEP PTOBEEP is a tuition-based early education program, and as with all tuition-based programs, voluntary gift support is gratefully appreciated.
There are many giving opportunities available - what programs would you like to support?
The Faculty Fund
The Faculty Fund supports classrooms by providing funding for the many expenses not covered by the BEEP school budget. More than 95% of the tuition we pay goes toward personnel expenses, and only 3% is for classroom supplies. Many teachers spend upwards of $1000 per year out of pocket for special projects, activities, and supplementary materials in order to create the kind of classroom environment they (and we) desire for our children. The PTO strives to close this gap, and accordingly the Faculty Fund will provide support for classroom supplies, professional development, and technology not otherwise covered by the BEEP budget. With consultation from Principal for Early Education, Margaret Eberhardt, the PTO will distribute Faculty Fund monies to ensure that PTO spending and BEEP tuition expenditures are coordinated and maximized as fully as possible.
To give by check: Please mail donations by check to the BEEP PTO Treasurer, c/o BEEP Program Office, 599 Brookline Ave, Brookline, Ma 02445 Click here to download a donation form. Please specify on the check to which classroom/program the donation should be applied; otherwise, the money will go towards the general classroom fund.
Please check out our volunteer opportunities and/or email [email protected] if you'd like to learn about getting involved with the PTO.
